Should I purchase GbBIS Point Packages or pay as I go?
If you need site reports on a regular basis buying GbBIS Points Packages will save you up to 50%! The more GbBIS Points you buy, the more you will save. Even if you only need a few reports a year, GbBIS Points don’t expire so it will still help you save in the long run. If you do not want to purchase a GbBIS Point Package you can always pay as you go.

How many reports can I get with my GbBIS Points?
One GbBIS Point is equivalent to one dollar. Our reports range from $50 - $350. GbBIS Point Packages range from 500 – 4,000 points.
What are the different point packages?
There are four different GbBIS Points Packages, 500 - 1,000 - 2,000 & 4,000. The more points you buy the more you will save on reports.
What if I change my mind?
GbBIS Point Packages are nonrefundable. If you are unsure about GbBIS Points Packages you can always pay as you go.

How do I access reports I’ve already purchased?
You can redownload your reports anytime from your My GbBIS Dashboard. Simply click the download link next to the report you wish to download under My Orders.
What if I don’t have enough GbBIS Points left to redeem for a report?
You can always keep reports in the cart area by selecting ‘Save for Later’ next to the item. Once you’ve purchased enough GbBIS Points to redeem for your reports, you can add your reports back to the cart by selecting ‘Add to Cart’ next to the item.

What can I access in My GbBIS account?
From your My GbBIS account you will be able to access saved projects, re-download past orders and even use them as a template for new orders, and see a record of all past purchases. You can download your receipts, purchase GbBIS Point Packages and see your points balance. You will also have easy access to our FAQ, News and Helpful Resources.
How do I download pay as you go reports?
After you've completed the purchase of your reports you will receive an email including the links to download. If you sign up for an account, you will also be able to access your past orders and download them from the site.

Demographic Reports
Our demographic reports range from one page to nine pages and offer varying degrees of data within four customizable trade areas around a site. Although the default report displays a 1, 3, 5, mile radius and 10 minute drive time, you are able to define your own values for any combination of radius and drive time distances. The data is predominately current year estimates, but it also describes historic and future trends with census data and projected estimates. We plan to add more demographic report options in the near future that will include data like traffic counts, crime risk and more. Void Gap Reports
20/20mySite Void Gap Reports reveal the unrealized market potential and the retail tenants present in, and absent from, a definable radius area around a site. There are 64 retail tenant categories ranging from New Car Dealers to Florists to Shoe Stores. See full list here. Currently we offer a Basic Void Gap Report which allows you to choose up to 5 of these categories and a Complete Report which includes all 64 categories. We plan to add more void report options in the near future that will have more varying degrees of category options. Each report includes:
- An overview map of the area you defined by radius.
- A map for each retail tenant category displaying the unrealized potential and logos marking the location of the tenants within a 1 mile radius of the site. The unrealized potential is thematically shaded on the map by Zip Code, showing where there is the most market potential and where the market is already oversaturated for each retail tenant category. The logos mark the location of the retailers already present within a 1 mile radius around the site for each retail tenant category. Logos are displayed for big box retailers, and location markers are used for mom and pops.
- A list of the retail tenants that are located within the defined radius area around the site for each retail tenant category.
- A list of the retail tenants that absent from the defined radius trade area around the sites, but present in the surround MSA(s) for each retail tenant category.

Site Marketing Flyers
Our Site Marketing Flyers allow our real estate clients to display sites on 8.5 x 11 flyers including details like demographics and retailers in the area. Options vary between blue and white templates, satellite and thematically shaded maps and radius or drive time areas. There is space to enter a description of the site as well as your company logo and contact information.
